In this hands-on upcycling experience, you’ll create a canvas artwork from textile leftovers which you will interpret and reflect on afterwards.

I introduce myself, my work, and the philosophy behind upcycling, sustainability and intuitive creation.

Then you start creating your own upcycled art piece. Soft music in the background, no pressure and individual support if needed.

We pause for snacks and drinks, share impressions or simply breathe.

Reflect your artwork with a special card deck. Leave with a handmade piece & a deeper connection to yourself. 

You are invited to take your creation home as a personal reminder of awareness, Cape Town & conscious living.
